When are these people going to figure out that they simply add to housing inflation by doing stuff like this. If people can't afford houses, housing prices soften and housing would then naturally become more affordable for the people they are trying to "help". If someone who makes 120k a year can't save the money needed for a downpayment how is it they can pay off a loan for the same amount with interest? In the savings equation they have interest working for them. I guess they're counting on inflation bailing all these people out.
