Germany and France It looks like Germany and France have reached an alliance. This may not bode well for the Nazi's. The Quebecois also blocked the temperance movement in Canada, a very large number of Quebecer's refused to allow the abolition of alcohol. Saskatchewan formed North America's first socialist government and that is one reason that Canadians enjoy Universal Health Care. Ontario has started making medical marijuana available to people who qualify under Health Canada guidelines and British Columbia has started joining gay couples in marriage. If Mr. Bush never expected any help from NATO allies then why did he bother asking any of them ?
