Joe, he is the deput minister of defense in Afghanstan. Too strong to be gotten rid of and well supported by Russians, and off course by Turks. After all being a Uzbek, he has cultural and ligustic ties with Turkey. Have read anything about Basmachis? Well, he should fit right in there!

I don't complain about the Uzbek cavlary, these are men the born on the horseback, it is just their way of life.
