Allen, You are definetely correct on the Jazz issue. But todays markets we need larger hard drives because of the larger applications. Are you going to purchase a 1 gig drive from Iomega or a 3 gig from SyQuest. The cost of the Iomega products may seem cheaper but if you break it down by MB(s) the Syquest product is cheaper. Also, on the lawsuit, I don't see how Iomega has a leg to stand on. They use older technology than Syquest to wite data that the disks will have to be replaced more often that Syquest. If Syquest were stealing patents from Iomega, they why isn't Iomega using the same technology as Syquest. Mario
