I can't get my disk to defrag using maintenance wizard.
I seem to have a program writing to the disk that prevents the defrag program from functioning. I use Avast, Roboform,
Webshots, Dachshund Integrator, ZoneAlarmPro and Go Back at start-up. Even closing all of these programs doesn't help.
PS Tomorrow I get Comcast High Speed Internet. Any tips?
