Looks like CAV put itself in play. How else do you explain CAV's price of 10 1/4 on the bid -vs- BHIX's bid price of 7 5/8? Under the current offer, each CAV share is worth: 7 5/8 / .8 = $9.53. Instead, CAV's at 10 1/4. My only explanation is that CAV is now open to offers -- and the 9.53 is just the floor. Out.
