I see. 6% is very unusual in a developed economy, but can happen. The supposed Clinton miracle averaged a little more than 4%, as did the post- recession figures for the Reagan recovery, as did the growth rates of the go- go '60s (well, closer to 5%), I believe. That is the basis of my remark.
