It would appear so...LOL At the time, both of my girls were involved with the Atlanta LSU alumni, and were working with him on a crawfish boil for the following Saturday..Left them high and dry! Luckily the new owner had a couple of other restaurants, so he took care of them, but he was British!...LOL Ever had British étouffée.
