the first thing you need is lots of money....and then equipment: a router a csu/dsu a terminal server a server (file) a mail server a modem back(s) and lots of software...unix/Nt or? Then it's not bad to have a programer (C++ and others) and a good tech guy. Next, a good advertising budget and two or three sales persons. A min T 1 to the backbone (assuming your next door to a POP...point of presence) and that you can RESALE will cost you about $2500/mo or higher depending on how many local charges there are. The last one I set up cost $100,000.00 and that was not first class and only 50 lines in @28.8 hope it helps...geo
