Sexual harassment is yet another form of economic discrimination that reduces the number of willing and qualified employees bidding for a job. It is bad for the individual, the society and most of all for the companies seeking to hire the best and the brightest from around the world at a competitive salary. Other forms of discrimination that have hurt the US and world economies are product subsidies and employment subsidies ( in the form of state job protection) that inflate the cost and availability of product and labor. I'm glad that these problems are being identified and addressed.
