I am trying to decide between Comcast and ATT DSL, and have been concerned about outages. Our cable TV outages are common with Comcast, and especially during our monsoon season in Arizona. While I know cable is faster, DSL will be more reliable.

I've also been told that if we have a lot of neighborhood users on the cable lines it could slow the speed. Anybody witness this experience.
