You mean the Reagan 'Ka-Boom', don't you? The ka-boom that led to huge deficits, fiscal irresponsibility, recession, joblessness, and scandal (Iran-Contra, S&L)? Yes, Clinton took a few years to get rid of the stink of the 'ka-boom', restore the economy, and get us back from huge deficits to surpluses. Yup, all that work undone in just 2.5 years by the New Bush-Ka-Boom. The New Republican motto should be "we'll take the economy from 60 to 0 in no time flat!" Cyberken must drive his car backwards, hence all the backwards logic.
