Kevin, maybe all the right-wing, neo-econ, genuis posters would like to explain why Bush has gone through 2 sets of economic advisors who RESIGNED rather than parrot a disastarous, rose-colored rationale for rewarding the wealthy with more money from the rest of us. Although the transfer was justified as an "economic stimulus" package, it was about as real as the package Bush paraded on the aircraft carrier.

PS. How come they call Clinton the "coward" and Bush the "hero." Did I miss something that Bush did to exhibit some kind of physical bravery? Did he take fire somewhere? Does he have a cib? An award for valor? A cub scout merit badge? Anything? Anything? Or is it just that he's the most protected man in the world?

PSS. I suspect there'll be a lot of "veterans against Bush" organizations before the next election is a memory. You can't say one thing and do another forever. Eventually even those that WANT to believe in the rightness of the cause and the integrity of their leader will run out of faith.

The biggest problem the Bush people have was once their biggest asset; their arrogant belief that the American public would believe what they wanted to believe and what they were told. "The times they are a changin," again.
