Thanks Gary, did all the Big Chief would hold yesterday, that will keep me for a couple weeks...unless I keep eating it at the rate I did last night and so far today.

Made some peppered salmon jerky too...awesome. Have a few slabs left that will hit the smoker eventually, leaving LOL about 70 meals for us and the neighbours. Hmm that's a lot, some of those 70 will be at risk.

Crabbed all the way driving there that I'd sold my Double Eagle, got to the campground, set up, walked around the corner, and in came my old boat, tried to buy it back, but the new owner said it was catching too many fish, and it would cost me plenty.
