At the time of the speech bogus in error reservations should have led to the 16 words not being said. But the false bogus reservations got lost in the noise of activity. A failed recollection. No one lied and no false information was presented. PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH told the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Why your clear comprehension deficit disorder has you making statements that are false or lies is not my concern.
