Anyone aware that a lawsuit has been filed and in control of evidence he or she should reasonably understand is material to those claims, who then tampers with or destroys it, is risking obstruction of justice charges.

I'm not aware of a lawsuit having been filed and am under no court order to preserve any of the contents of this thread.

It ain't your site. I will delete any posts I feel should be deleted for any reason. I use the Terms of Use as my guidebook on deletions, but if I want to delete capriciously, guess what?

If you're trying to accumulate and preserve "evidence", you should start your own website. It happens all the time.
