You're asking me to believe that Saddam Hussein after being found to have WMD and hiding them from the UN inspectors as recently as 1998 - kicked out the inspectors and then voluntarily disposed of any remaining WMD and then stonewalled the UN inspectors because he didn't really have any anymore.
