I was just reviewing some new case filings.

There's a huge lawsuit against a number of brokers
and various companies basically charging that investment
research was represented as unbiased when it was not.

hmmmmm.

I'll be interested in seeing where that goes.
It was filed in L.A. Central today.

<edit: I neglected to mention that the plaintiff
is also the person who filed the suit. I wonder
if he's even a lawyer. If not, could be
dispositioned a bit faster than anticipated.>
