The magic of the Reagan trickle down economics is that it's capable of taking effect after Reagan is out of office and remaining dormant until about the 2nd or third year of Clinton's presidency, man that Reagan was a genius! ha ha P.S. ( It went back into dormancy a few months after Bush 2 got into power, and isn't expected to return again until the next time the democrats get back into power!)
