"Humiliate"?! Well, I'm afraid the US can't possibly "humiliate" anyone... See, "humiliation" goes the other way around: when the little David floors the 800-pound Goliath by slinging a single stone at the colossus' head then, indeed, Goliath meets a humiliating end. Only the weak can humiliate the strong --not vice versa. When the strong takes on the weak and beats him, well, then I guess we call it "cowardice". Likewise, the Israeli military can't "humiliate" the Palestinians whereas, back in 1972, the US did engage in a humiliating retreat out of Vietnam. Got it?
