That's a terrific idea.

Also, I'd add that in no place on the PAM website does it say, specifically, that terrorism will be among the contracts to bet upon. Elections, political milestones, and economic trends, will be, however.

So I have no idea what some of these Congressional blowhards are getting up in arms about. Strange.
