Do you read the WSJ, John? It is no longer just a financial paper, it's about half-and-half business and other news. As for Bartlett's message, I don't think it was about 'framing' stories so much as talking about what business newspapers are in these days now that people don't go to the newspapers for news anymore. If there's breaking news, they will go to CNN or the internet. So that leaves newspapers in the analysis business. Analysis means opinion, by definition.
