Under Clinton, we had the longest peacetime expansion since WW II. We saw lows in the unemployment rate that economists did not think were possible even at full employment. More people went off welfare than at any other time in our history. You had to have a drug or alcohol problem to not make money in the '90s.

But, of course, you knew all that..........
