Haim, PAM is supposed to register anonymous bets, eben from the terrorists (question, how could you collect your wins if you are "anonymous"?). Bad PR IMHO. Why not use the already available data? Let the NSA tip Darpa and let Darpa win the bounty on SH capture... $25 million Dollar budget. <g> Politicians: is there any difference in the US between Demoblicans and Repucrats?
