yeah -- can anyone see a happy ending for the Iraq people in this. I think Afganistan and Iraq will be less stable in 5 years than before our military maneuvers. Don't get me wrong -- we needed to chase Osama -- but there are lots of ways to go about things. I like the "quiet" smack-down-when-they-don't-suspect-you approach. Sadam was never any threat to the US. Bush's make believe baloney. Heck, today they issued another alert. Carp!! Got to keep 'em scared to keep the support??
