The restatements are meaningless as they do not effect operations. Earnings/losses were moved from one reporting period to another. Some losses got bigger, and so did profits. The mark-to-market items are pictures of events that have not happened, but could have happened on the dates of record IF the futures bets were realized, one way or the other. It's just as meaningless to consider these numbers (from derivatives positions) as "real", as it is to project a 26.8 million profit this year from the 1st quarter results.

The only issue with this company is whether or not they will JV Las Cristinas, or be taken out by another company. It's hardly worth the public's attention for anything else, and never has been.
