I'm waiting for rates to rise and then I am going to buy another house here in the next 2 years. I don't think the employment situation will improve really, and rates will drive prices down a little at least, so that things sort of languish thats what I'm thinking anyway.

Some sellers in my area have finally realized we aren't going to get the snapback heated economy here that we had in the 90s. Its taken that long for people to realize.

I'm with AmyJ I think the stock market is a better place to put my money for now.
