There are many levels of rumor and conspiracy in this one.

1st cite a source other than a conspiracy site on the 'American' nature of the cow. It came from Saskatchewan, before it became sick in Alberta. Have you researched the infection period for the disease?

If Canada deploys 1,800 soldiers and thats 30% of its force - simple math puts the entire military at only 6,000. Do you want to try that again? Or is this the level of fact research you do?

Now would you like to look at the trade balance issue? Canada is billions ahead year after year. While wildly political and used in all the editorial pages - lumber doesn't have a big impact outside of BC and is almost negligble on the overall GNP.

And didn't the two Governments just reach an agreement on the lumber issue?
