Foreclosures... no not many, there have been a few though. I live in the worst area for housing here because my county is where the real dotcom bubble companies were, the second industry is software another calamity. The rentals here are half empty and they keep coming online. Still this is a good area for RE investing if you time it right. I'm waiting for LT rates to creep up a little more.
