JDN, ALYD would not have applied for the NASDAQ unless they absolutely met the minimum requirements. If you check the listing requirements as specified on NASDAQ's web site: nasdaq.com against ALYD's Form 10, sec.gov, you'll see for yourself there is no problem meeting them. - Jeff
