Yes, 30 Billion, and it was on the NB conference presentation that the 10% factor was mentioned by Friedland....I cut that in half to be more conservative and more in line with bidders' probable perspective. With those considerations something near $6 would seem appropriate valuation for IVN.to....something between there and $10 surely.

The market however says $4.18....
