That's a very low standard you've got, for the POTUS. Some of us think a somewhat higher standard is appropriate, for the actions and words of the most powerful person on the planet.

Reminds me, of when Nixon was reduced to saying, "I am not a crook." That was fallback position #37, for Tricky Dick. By then, his credibility was nil, and it was almost the end of the line for his Presidency.
