1. All Palestinian violence against Israelis is defined as terrorism.
2. All Israeli violence against Palestinians is defined as legitimate self-defense.

I have never called it terrorism when they attacked Israeli soldiers at their posts. The Palestinians don't do that very often, however; they spend most of their time trying to kill random civilians in buses and pizzerias and on the roads. They have killed over a dozen since this "cease-fire" began, btw. This is "terrorism" if anything is. To get into these convoluted defenses "all Palestinian violence is defined as terrorism" is to apologize for terror, plain and simple. BTW, I think the phrase you're really looking for is "legitimate armed struggle" That seems to be the Palestinians' favored term for sending out teenagers with suicide bomb belts.

Interesting, how any mention of Jewish seizure of Palestinian land, buildings, water, is always lacking from your explanations of Mideast violence.

Ah, yes, the old saw, they were desperate. Tell me, did the year 2000 ever happen?
