They used to do a lot of studies on this years ago. In those days if EVERYONE paid then 10% would do it. More modern ideas have exempted something like persons making under 20k a year or so thus resulting in 16%. Personally, I think EVERYONE should have to pay something. If they have no investment in America they tend to not act in a reasonable manner when it comes to govt. spending. jdn
