TROY, Mich., July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Delphi Product & Service Solutions, part of Delphi Corporation (NYSE: DPH), announces Sears, Roebuck and Co. will sell the complete line of Delphi XM SKYFi(TM) products in their 870 full-line stores in the United States next month. Delphi, a pioneer of in-vehicle entertainment and XM Radio (Nasdaq: XMSR), America's leading satellite radio service teamed to bring the Delphi XM SKYFi(TM) satellite radio receiver to market late last year.

"We are pleased to have Sears join the other six major national retailers selling our SKYFi products," said Francisco A. (Frank) Ordonez, president, Delphi Product & Service Solutions and vice president, Delphi Corporation. "Sears, which is a popular choice for consumer entertainment and electronics products, provides Delphi with another valuable distribution channel."

SKYFi is an affordable next-generation XM receiver that retails for just $129.99 (MSRP) and offers the most advanced features of any satellite radio on the market today: portability, a large display, direct channel entry, the ability to preview and search by artist, channel and song title, and 20 channel presets. The accompanying home and vehicle adaptor kits sell for $69.99 (MSRP) each. Also available is the SKYFi Audio System, a self- contained "boom box," containing a pair of high-quality speakers with an integrated high gain antenna and a port for the SKYFi receiver that retails for $99.95 (MSRP). It can be powered by an A/C adaptor to create a high quality countertop/ bookshelf system for the home or office, or used with six "D" batteries to experience XM Radio virtually anywhere, making the SKYFi Audio System the industry's first portable satellite radio.

To date, Delphi has sold more than 320,000 SKYFi receivers to its retail partners nationwide since the product launched last fall.
