To ALL: Response From SEC to Senator's Inquiry: Below is part of a 2 page reply (plus attachments 2 pg more)from William McLucas, Director at SEC (on behalf of Kaye Williams, SEC Dir. Legislative Affairs) after my Senator Johm McCain from Arizona inquired on my behalf: " With regard to Mr. Sabatano's request that the Commission fully disclose its findings and exonerate the company, I want to make it clear that the Commission's order did not make any allegations or findings of wriongdoing on any person's or entitiy's part. The Commission issued the order because of serious concerns about the accuracy of the company's information on which public investors rely. Commission policy generally prohibits comment concerning any particular matter that may be the subject of any possible Commission investigation or any enforcement recommendation which the staff may make to the Commission. In addition to protecting the privacy of individuals and entities whose activities are under investigation, this policy is designed to ensure the integrity of the investigative process in appearance as well as in fact. Sincerely, William McLucas Director SEC ???? Does this mean GRNO is STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION>>>>??? If so, WHY since SEC states they did not allege or find any wrongdoings?? HELP< HELP> HELP ME...
