Complaint filed against Ashcroft and Mueller RE Patriot Act: news.findlaw.com I'm not a big fan of the ACLU. Most of their activities seem to be centered around defending rich criminals, and trumped up discrimination suits. The complaint starts out with a bang and then digresses into the usual ACLU garbage of the sordid whining variety. Sordid whining aside, any American likely to object to being rousted out of bed in the middle of the night by FBI agents searching their homes should take note of what the so called "Patriot" Act authorizes the secret police to do anytime they get to feeling frisky. Very scary stuff.
