ConSyGen Adds Full "Windowing" Option to "Date Expansion"

When will these guys announce a contract? Stock is being
sold-off by impatient folks back down to $9 range. Stock
is now trading is in the lower end of its trading range
from the past few months. Don't think there is too
much downside from here..

THough, CSGI will move quickly once they do
announce a contract.

Company Press Release

ConSyGen Adds Full "Windowing" Option to "Date Expansion" in its
Year 2000 Automatic Solution

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1997--ConSyGen Inc.(NASDAQ:BB - news) announced today the
introduction of an enhanced, full ``windowing'' solution to its existing automated Year 2000 date correction services.

``We believe that `date expansion' is the more technically correct solution to correcting Year 2000 problems,'' stated Ron
Bishop, president and CEO. Bishop continued, ``But many clients are asking for the windowing approach rather than date
expansion. In the past, we provided full date expansion, while offering windowing for reports and screens. Now we can
offer either approach in all areas of client code and at the same cost to the client giving the client a genuine choice -- either
to expand dates automatically by an extra two digits or to change the underlying programs by a `window' to add 1900 or
2000 automatically while not having to change the dates.''

Bishop added, ``ConSyGen is laying the foundation for anticipated sustained and dramatic growth over the next 2 to 3
years. Even though our primary focus, at the present time, is Year 2000 corrections, we also offer automated services to
migrate software for clients who want to change hardware platforms (`downsizing'). We expect that portion of our business
to start growing also. We are presently quoting to several clients who want to `downsize' or `migrate' and also to correct
their software to be Year 2000 compliant at the same time.''

``ConSyGen has launched an ambitious marketing effort. We are receiving more inquiries than ever before,'' stated Jeff
Richards, newly-appointed vice president and director of marketing. Richards continued, ``As we ramp-up our marketing
activities, we anticipate our contract signings to increase dramatically. By offering a client the choice of windowing or date
expansion at no difference in cost, we believe that ConSyGen has provided the client with greater and more cost-efficient
options.''

ConSyGen Inc. is a Phoenix-based software company that provides conversion/correction services with its proprietary
technologies. The company's ConSyGen 2000 software is a fully-automated toolset that automatically corrects dates in
both source code and data to be compliant for the Year 2000 and beyond. The company's ConSyGen Conversion toolset
automatically converts software to run a different hardware platform. For example, software running on older Bull, IBM,
Unisys, etc. mainframes can automatically be converted to run on the new client/server platforms (often called downsizing).
