Richard, My logic is simple. When it was announced that management had agreed to sell the company with no consideration to the common shareholders the price dropped like a rock. If the lawsuit has any merit, or is even perceived to have any merit, the stock price may rise. And I say that only because of where the stock priced was before the news came out. I didn't mean that it would go above it's prior "base" (somewhere in the .05-.08 range), but it could head back to at least that area.
