The coming scoping study will prove that you are wrong, I think. Friedland knows what he is talking about. They have already visited several Chinese operations and inquired on costs. The consortium is already at work using Chinese logistics, not North American standards.

BTW, ain't your tone a bit condescending regarding Chinese business. My sister kid is very high ranked director for Sunlife of Canada in Asia. He is based in Hong Kong and goes after China. I met him and talked with him. What he says match Friedland's word.
