The July quarterly statements are not as strong as I thought they'd be which gives me reason to believe that even institutions are not strong hands right now. I think there's a lot of flipping going on and so if we do PB I think it could be rather quick but still fairly deep. Maybe (assuming we don't have some huge event) the PB is limited to say 8500 on the dow but it all happens over a couple weeks. I'll be very pleased if we can get the economy back to normal in a few areas. I'm not buying the line that this is "All GWB's" fault. He's been in office for 2 1/2 years and, regardless of what people think, a President and his policies cannot have a major impact in that short of a period.
