"The Prince" is an interesting piece of literature. It was written while Nicolo was in prison, and one can always hope the Bush Cartel follows in his foot steps. Machiavelli was hardly a neo con, and I never got the impression he was an evil man, but he did have a good grasp of some fairly dark truths. Bush doesn't have a grasp of truth, dark or light.
