Ted, It was the will of the Sec. Council No, it wasn't, at least not before 9/11. Do you honestly believe that the invasion of Iraq was a minor event in this world? As soon as the first US soldier set foot in Iraq, alliances shifted, new alliances formed, former enemies became friends, and OBL got a whole bunch of new recruits. Like I said before, Osama got a whole bunch of new recruits when 9/11 happened. What's the difference? Maybe we should just give him what he wants, and he'll just go away, right? Tenchusatsu
