How bullish is this?
I look at BP stuff and I'm amazed, both at how bullish we are (level) and how long we've been this bullish (duration). First, here's the Dow:

Now, here's the SPX. Not only are we at levels (80s) we haven't been at since 1999, but the flat top here is astounding, especially given the kinds of news, general economic environment we're in:

Now here's the correlating VIX, again making a flat formation, but instead of a top, a flat bottom. A multi-day spike up might signal the plunge:
