Ted, Most every business in Houston is corrupted.

That's like saying most every politician from Arkansas is corrupt.

Apparently, this is a major shock to people but there are places in this country......Houston is one of them........where corrupt business practices are fairly common. Certainly, not with everyone but with many people/businesses. I had similar experiences in New Orleans and in NYC.

And when I say corrupt.....I mean petty business dealings like kickbacks, side agreements between employees and vendors, subtle and unauthorized perks etc.
