Apparently, this is a major shock to people but there are places in this country......Houston is one of them........where corrupt business practices are fairly common.

What is it with you, just making crap up like this? If you've had a bad experience, fine, say you've had a bad experience. But you simply cannot presume to rate the ethics of every business in the Houston Metro Area. Jeez.

Corrupt business practices are no more common in Houston than they are in LA or NY or Chicago or any other city in the country.
