Michael, you're taking things out of context. The entire sentence was, "I want to make it clear that the Commission's order did not make any allegations or findings of wrongdoing on any person's or entity's part. The Commission issued the order because of serious concerns about the accuracy of the company's information on which public investors rely.", which is exactly the same as innocent until proven guilty. They aren't saying that they haven't found anything wrong, they're saying that the Commission's order did not make any allegations or findings of wrongdoing, which it didn't.

So, in the same way that there is a trial before someone is found guilty or innocent, right now is the trial. Unfortunately, simply being on trial can and has ruined people as well as companies. It's too bad, but that's the way it works.

I'm as frustrated as anyone but we must let this thing run its course.
