Victory Capital Holdings Corporation Announces Majority Stake in C.E.C. Industries
Victory Capital Holdings Corporation (OTCBB:VTYC - News) has announced today that it has opened escrow to acquire control of C.E.C Industries, Inc. (OTC:CECC - News) through the acquisition of approximately 80% of the outstanding shares of the C.E.C. Industries in a private transaction.
