The conditions in Iraq were estimated for threat and requirements for success were put in place. But the backup for unforeseen problems was barely there. They were not needed thankfully. But that backup was 2nd string last resort and now they are not being used to even give a rest to the first string. It has taken time to get replacement first string ready. It took months to even get a sufficient first string in place. And in logistics Peter was robbed to pay Paul.

That's the reality of logistics 101. The limitation of the US military are on parade. That is the shame of mr. bill and what he did. It in no way tarnishes the brilliant success of those in the military.
