I'm not making anything up. I am saying that there is no evidence that GW or Blair knew Saddam did not have WMD. (Infact there may still be Iraq WMD that are found so there is no proof that it was possible to "know" that Saddam did not have WMD).

What I know for sure is that there was enough info available to Bush/Blair to make very unclear Saddam's WMD position

Exactly. Years of inspections, 12 years of sanctions, and they still couldn't know. They did know that he used to have them and for a long time was trying to get more. They didn't have solid evidence showing that it was unlikely that he didn't have WMD or that he wouldn't get a lot more in time.
